College (HSC) Admission Result 2015 Bangladesh

The results of the first merit list for college admission is likely to published on Sunday instead of Saturday due to technical glitch in website, education secretary Nazrul Islam Khan said on Saturday afternoon.

Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology is trying to revive the ministry website and the results of the first merit list for college admission for the academic session 2015-2016 to be published by Sunday, he said.


Earlier in the morning, the secretary had said the results will be published on Saturday.

The secretary also urged the admission seekers and the guardians not to worry as the situation will be under control, and apologised to the students and guardians for the delay in publishing the results.
Contacted, chairman of Dhaka Education Board Abu Bakar Siddik said the results supposed to be published on June 25 will be published soon.

Quoting BUET authorities, the chairman said the aspirants could not see their results on the Education Ministry website due to technical problem.

The BUET authorities said they found the webpage hacked several times and steps have been taken to restore the website soon, he said.

Earlier, the education ministry failed to publish the first merit list for college admission twice due to technical faults.

A total of 11.56 lakh students applied for admission as college admissions have been based on results of the Secondary School Certificate examinations for the last few years.
